Our personalized 1:1 sound healing training is designed to support individuals in developing confidence and skill as sound practitioners. This training includes seven individualized, in-person sessions where participants receive hands-on guidance in working with a variety of sound healing instruments, including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, buffalo and ocean drums, chimes, gongs, and more.
Rooted in a trauma-sensitive and heart-centered approach, this training goes beyond technique—supporting mentees in connecting with their authentic voice, presence, and intention as facilitators.
