Recovery Coaching & Peer Support is a lived-experience–based offering that honors recovery as a process of remembering wholeness rather than fixing what is broken. This approach blends compassionate guidance, relational support, and reflective practices to help individuals reconnect with themselves, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
This support is designed for individuals navigating recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, incarceration, grief, and major life transitions. It is non-clinical, person-centered, and rooted in mutual respect and shared humanity.
Recovery Coaching & Peer Support is a guided, strengths-based recovery experience grounded in lived expertise. It focuses on walking alongside individuals—not directing or prescribing solutions—but supporting awareness, choice, accountability, and self-agency.
Sessions may include:

Participation is invitational and guided by consent. Each person’s pace, belief system, and lived experience are honored. There is no one-size-fits-all pathway—multiple pathways to recovery are respected and supported.
Recovery Coaching & Peer Support may be supportive if you are:
Recovery Coaching & Peer Support invites you into an ongoing relationship with yourself, supported by connection, reflection, and shared experience. You don’t have to walk this path alone. Healing unfolds through presence, trust, and compassionate support.
Join this Recovery Coaching & Peer Support offering and receive grounded, heart-centered support as you move through sobriety, transformation, and self-discovery—one step at a time.
